Holly joined LGP in 2019 primarily assisting Timothy Graham and Vanessa Hoare in Dispute Resolution, Employment and our Corporate departments. Holly has a background in insurance and is currently undertaking legal studies to progress her career in law.

Vanessa Hoare joined the firm in 2010 having worked both at a leading law firm in the South West and in-house at a property and business service company. She became a Partner at LGP in January 2015.

Vanessa enjoys particular expertise in Corporate and Commercial Contract work including areas such as acquisitions, corporate finance and terms & conditions. She advises on the legal risks, whilst also understanding that the commercial risks must also take into account. Vanessa can advise both major organisations that have their own legal counsel and directors of newly incorporated companies that have never sought legal advice before.

She also advises employers in relation to employment processes such as TUPE transfers and redundancies. Vanessa is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).

Timothy Graham is one of the founding partners of LGP solicitors and qualified as a solicitor in 1988.

He specialises in all forms of Dispute Resolution and contentious work, including litigation, employment issues, landlord and tenant disputes and family matters on divorce, financial provision and children issues.

Timothy will always seek to avoid unnecessary disputes by providing clear and prudent advice to enable his clients to move forward and deal with time-consuming and distressing issues.

Timothy is also LGP’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice.
