Sherelle Cook is a Solicitor and has worked here for several years following her law degree and LPC at BPP. Sherelle qualified as a Solicitor in April 2018. Prior to qualifying, Sherelle was a trainee solicitor and spent time in the family, private client and residential property departments.

Sherelle mainly works with private clients, in particular in the Family department assisting with divorce, separation, financial issues and private law children matters.

Sherelle also drafts Wills and Powers of Attorney and can assist on residential conveyancing matters.

Sherelle offers a friendly and compassionate service to each client to help minimise stress during times when support is needed the most.

Alex Land joined the firm in 2014 as a trainee solicitor and spent time in the residential property, commercial property, corporate and litigation departments.

Alex qualified as a solicitor in September 2016 and has been working in the Residential Property department ever since. He advises on standard conveyancing transactions as well as all aspects of property and land law and has particular expertise in leasehold and enfranchisement work.

Along with Jan, Karla, Louise and Patrick, Alex provides a friendly and personal service to each client and helps minimise any stress that might emerge when dealing with legal issues relating to your own home.

Anne, who qualified in 1991, specialises in Wills, Estate Administration and Powers of Attorney. After qualifying she practised in the North East and then spent some time in Germany, acting on behalf of HM Forces personnel.

Anne joined LGP in 2009 and became a partner in June 2017.  She has a particular affinity with elderly clients  and is available for home visits within the local area.
