Commercial Property Solicitor
We are currently looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to join our busy Commercial Property department. While a strong background in all types of commercial property work would be advantageous, we will provide full training for the right person, who will be working with the two senior lawyers in the department. The successful candidate will (depending on their level of experience) handle a wide range of commercial property matters within their own caseload or work in collaboration with the rest of the team towards this. Work comprises sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), landlord and tenant work and some property development matters. Candidates are expected to be IT literate, comfortable managing their own caseload and should be capable of progressing matters with commercial awareness and efficiency.
The role offers a competitive salary, excellent career prospects and high-quality work for the right person.
If you would like to apply for the role, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to Rosalie Cowley at firstname.lastname@example.org or please email her if you would like to discuss the role further.
