Vanessa Hoare joined the firm in 2010 having worked both at a leading law firm in the South West and in-house at a property and business service company. She became a Partner at LGP in January 2015.

Vanessa enjoys particular expertise in Corporate and Commercial Contract work including areas such as share and business sales and purchases, investments, shareholder agreements and supplier, customer, consultancy, agency, and distribution agreements. She advises on the legal risks, whilst understanding that these must be balanced against the commercial risks. Vanessa can advise both major organisations that have their own legal counsel and directors of newly incorporated companies that have never sought legal advice before.

She also advises employers in relation to employment processes such as TUPE transfers and redundancies. Vanessa is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA).
