We have experience in disputes concerning Wills and Grants of Probate including both bringing and defending proceedings under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Issues can arise upon the death of a close one that can create ill-feeling and disputes between family members arising from arguments of testamentary capacity and undue influence. We can help resolve such issues by way of informal mediation or more formal litigation.
